Service Areas

Architectural windows and doors across Los Angeles County.

One county, six priority markets, and a different set of constraints in each.

Where we work

Coverage.

Los Angeles County is our primary service area. We work throughout the county on new residential construction, renovation and addition projects.

The six communities below are our priority markets. We serve them from our Los Angeles County operation; we do not maintain a separate office or showroom in each city.

Six communities

Priority markets.

Each community brings its own site conditions, review processes and access constraints. Those differences change the specification.

Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills projects tend to be renovations of substantial existing houses where the glazing has to modernise the elevation without fighting the original massing. Flat lots and mature landscaping mean privacy planning usually matters as much as view planning, and glazing selection does most of that work. Permitting and neighbour coordination reward getting the opening schedule settled early.

Malibu

Coastal exposure changes the conversation. Salt air, wind load and direct sun all bear on material and glazing selection, and the ocean view usually dictates where the frames must not land. Access along Pacific Coast Highway also affects delivery planning, so panel sizes and site logistics are worth discussing before a configuration is locked.

Bel Air

Bel Air work is often hillside, which means structural coordination is inseparable from the glazing design. Wide openings on a sloping site depend on what the structure above can carry, so we prefer to review those conditions while framing decisions are still open. Narrow approach roads also shape how large a single panel can practically be.

Hidden Hills

Larger lots and generous setbacks make Hidden Hills one of the easier settings for genuinely wide openings. Projects here often want the full indoor-outdoor connection across a rear elevation, which pushes toward multi-slide and folding systems. Community architectural review means documentation and finish approvals should be built into the schedule.

Pacific Palisades

Palisades projects balance canyon and ocean views against wind exposure and, on many lots, a sloping site. Fixed glazing usually carries the view while operable units handle ventilation away from the prevailing wind. Rebuild and renovation work in the area often has fixed structural openings to work within, which makes early dimensional review valuable.

West Hollywood

Tighter urban lots put privacy and daylight in direct tension. The useful moves here are usually clerestory glazing, careful sill heights and glazing selection rather than simply more glass. Constrained street access and limited staging space also mean delivery and installation sequencing should be planned alongside the specification.

What we take on

Project types.

Residential work of every scale, from a single replaced opening to a full ground-up package.

  • New custom residences — the full glazing package from the first drawing

  • Additions — new glazing matched to what is already there
  • Indoor-outdoor remodels — converting a wall into an opening
