Homeowner questions.
Choosing a system, sizing, and what we need from you.
Which window or door system is right for my project?
It depends on the opening width, how you want it to move, and what the room is used for. A wide opening intended as a threshold usually points toward multi-slide or folding systems; a view-driven opening that stays closed points toward large fixed glazing. Send dimensions or a photograph and we will narrow it down before you spend time comparing everything.
Can systems be custom-sized?
Custom sizing is a normal part of what we do rather than an exception. Final size limits depend on the selected system and are confirmed against verified manufacturer data during specification.
Do you work on new construction and remodels?
Both. New custom residences, luxury renovations, additions and indoor-outdoor remodels are all within our normal scope.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Opening dimensions or a plan set, the project city or ZIP code, and a sense of how each opening should operate. Photographs of the existing wall are genuinely useful.
Can I send plans?
Yes. The quote form accepts PDF, JPG and PNG uploads. Plans are used only to prepare your quote.
Do you work directly with my contractor or architect?
Yes, and it usually makes the project run better. We coordinate with builders, general contractors and design teams throughout selection, approval and installation planning.
Product questions.
Where an answer depends on tested data, we say so rather than estimate.
What glass options are available?
Insulated and specialty glazing options are available across the collection. The right selection depends on exposure, orientation, privacy and how the room is used. Contact us for the current options — final specifications vary by system.
What finish options are available?
Standard and custom finish options are available and are normally coordinated across the whole package so the glazing reads as one element. Contact us for the current range — final specifications vary by system.
Can sliding systems pocket into a wall?
Pocketing configurations are part of the design direction for our multi-slide systems, but feasibility depends on the product selected and on the structural conditions at the opening. This is confirmed per project. Contact us and we will review the specific condition.
What is the largest panel size available?
Maximum panel sizes are set by verified manufacturer data for each system and are not published until that data is issued. Contact us with the opening dimensions and we will confirm what is achievable — final specifications vary by system.
What warranty is included?
Warranty coverage is issued by the manufacturer and varies by product. We publish warranty terms only once the verified documentation is in hand. Contact us for the terms applying to your specification.
What performance ratings do the systems achieve?
Performance values including U-factor, SHGC and design pressure ratings come from tested manufacturer data. We do not publish estimated figures. Contact us and we will supply the current documentation for your configuration.
Answers that depend on technical facts are held back until verified manufacturer data is issued. Final specifications vary by system.
Professional questions.
Documentation, coordination and review.
Do you provide CAD and BIM files?
CAD and BIM material is part of our documentation set. Files are published as they are released; if what you need is not yet on the Resources page, contact us and we will send what is available.
Can you review opening schedules?
Yes. Send the schedule with plans or elevations and we will return system options, configuration notes and any conditions that need a second look.
Can you coordinate custom conditions?
Yes. Corner glazing, sloped heads, structural interfaces and threshold details are reviewed before specification. Early review is significantly cheaper than a late change.
Do you provide installation documentation?
Installation instructions covering sequence, tolerance and interface guidance are part of the documentation set and are published as they are released.
Still have a question?
Ask us directly, or send the project details and we will answer in context.
