A straightforward idea.
Architectural window and door systems should combine exceptional design, dependable workmanship and competitive value. Most projects are asked to give up one of the three.
Slim Line was formed around the belief that they can hold together. We work with homeowners, builders, developers, architects and designers to turn architectural openings into complete window and door solutions — from the first conversation about what a room should feel like, through configuration and approval, to fabrication and installation coordination.
The company is young. The intent behind it is not complicated: be the manufacturer that a design team can call at the awkward stage of a project, and get a straight answer.
What we hold to.
Four commitments that shape how we quote, coordinate and build.
Clean Design
Minimal frame presence and consistent sightlines across the whole package, so the house reads as one piece of architecture.
Quality Workmanship
Fabrication and installation held to the standard the design deserves. The detail at the sill matters as much as the elevation.
Responsive Coordination
Questions answered while they still affect the outcome. Slow answers cost more than they save.
Competitive Value
Pricing that lets the glazing package survive value engineering with the design intact.
How we work.
Six stages, from first drawing to a finished opening. Every project passes through the same sequence regardless of size.
Project Review
We look at plans, elevations or photographs and get clear on what each opening has to do.
Product Selection
System families are narrowed against operation, span, view, ventilation and budget.
Configuration & Measurement Coordination
Panel counts, operation direction and dimensional coordination are worked through with the builder or design team.
Final Approval
Configuration, finish, glazing and hardware are confirmed in writing before anything is released.
Fabrication & Fulfilment
The approved package is produced and scheduled against the construction programme.
Delivery & Installation Coordination
Delivery is sequenced with site readiness and installation is coordinated with the trades on site.
Where we work.
Los Angeles County is our primary service area. We work throughout the county and regularly in the hillside, canyon and coastal neighbourhoods where glazing does most of the architectural work.
- Beverly Hills
- Malibu
- Bel Air
- Hidden Hills
- Pacific Palisades
- West Hollywood
We serve these communities from our Los Angeles County operation. We do not maintain a separate office or showroom in each city.
